Services:
We'll supply you with a range of top quality fat burning and bodybuilding supplements at a very low price. We also stock several types of male and female sexual stimulants. All our products have been tested by ourselves, so we know they work and are of the highest quality. Our delivery service is Royal Mail 1st class recorded for residents of the UK, or Airmail for our worldwide service.
All our products are sent very discreetly and have no reference to our company on any packaging.
We send all our items securely packed inside bubble bags, some may already be boxed but most are not.
We understand you concerns and would like to reassure all our potential customers that all orders are sent out of our doors and have a 99.9% delivery success rate. On very rare occasions an item may not arrive but that is due to the mail service in your country. Once we have done all the appropriate checks we will send a replacement.
We will ship worldwide.
We will ship any product worldwide but please be sure the product is legal in your country as we will not refund or replace any items that have been seized by customs. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days but can be as much as 15 business days. Please note: a business day is Monday - Friday so please wait the appropriate amount of business days before contacting us.
Methods of payment:
If purchasing via our website we only accept credit or debit card payments. We are unable to accept Paypal as a method of payment becuase most of our products breach their rules. We will accept payment via post. This includes cash, cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque your item will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. We do not do bank tranfers or western union.

Returns:
If for any reason you have to return any of our products back to us, they must be still sealed, unopened and in with their original packaging. Once an item is opened it is non-returnable.
If you do return an item you must pay the postage which is non refundable and send it first class recorded delivery via Royal Mail.

We will answer your question as soon as possible but please allow 12 - 24 hours for a reply. We currently don't offer any telephone service as we have had to remove our number due to nuisance calls and people from other countries telephoning at inappropriate times.
Delivery and postage costs:
Once you have paid for your order, we will post it 1st class recorded delivery via royal mail for UK residents only, or airmail if ordering from another country, within two days of cleared payment. We'll pay the postage but if your buying from another country an additional £3.90 is required.
PLEASE NOTE :- RESIDENTS OUTSIDE THE UK will be asked to pay a further £3.90 so that their item can be recorded and signed for. This method would secure the delivery of your parcel and if anything did get lost we would be able to claim for it. WE WILL ADD THIS AMOUNT TO YOUR TOTAL, IF NOT THEN WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES CAUSED BY ROYAL MAIL OR YOUR MAIL SERVICE AND THEREFORE CANNOT MAKE ANY REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.
